All recurring billing for those who joined before March 11th, 2008, has been cancelled since March 1st, 2008!

So, DO NOT contact me for a refund for March, April or May.  Any attempts of a charge-back from your card company for these months will also be disputed.

If you joined through 2Checkout, after March 11th, 2008, you were granted access to additional previous month's products as compensation for the products not being ready.  Your recurring billing has also been cancelled.  If you paid more than the initial $37 to access the site, those payments have been or are in the process of being refunded.

Yesterday(May 1st- BEFORE Michael sent that email), I manually went through the database and edited everyone's sign-up date to 1 year prior.
Meaning, if you joined on February 1st, 2008, you will now have access to all products from February 1st, 2007.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had no choice to shut down the site, at least temporarily.

What was the cause of this downfall?

Although there were many factors that, when compounded, lead me to this decision, but there was one main factor.

SPAM !!

90% of the Help Desk responses were never received by those who submitted tickets because of SPAM reports on my servers.

People are receiving emails from the admin of this site because it resides on a dedicated server that I don't own.

But, the script doesn't allow single emails to be sent and I couldn't "mass mail" delicate information like:
"I need the following people to take care of their payment information because payment was refused."

And again, nearly all my efforts to contact people were lost to SPAM filters.

If you need to contact me for any reason, please use my Gmail address:  jeffreylevesque@gmail.com

To my knowledge, places like ATT, Bellsouth, Verizon, MSN, AOL and Yahoo haven't blocked Google yet, but those are just a couple of places where none of my emails get through to.

It takes one report to block you, and months of work to get it off the list.
